In this arrangement, the marketing authorization holder delegates all pharmacovigilance-related responsibilities and legal obligations to our company under a contractual partnership, saving significant human and financial resources.
Local Literature Monitoring
As part of this activity, we regularly review domestic medical literature, and if we find pharmacovigilance-relevant information we forward it to our clients within 24 hours.
Local Pharmacovigilance Representation
Our company undertakes the local pharmacovigilance representation of foreign pharmaceutical companies. In most cases, this type of cooperation includes local literature monitoring, the transmission of pharmacovigilance cases occurring in Hungary to the foreign partner and monitoring the national authority’s website.
Global Literature Monitoring
Marketing Authorization Holders must perform weekly searches in relevant international databases, filtering out pharmacovigilance-relevant findings from publications. Genereally, this process requires the personal assistance of a specialist. Our company has a long-standing history of conducting this activity, with the help of our medical expertise and advanced infrastructure.
National Authority Website Monitoring
We monitor the website of Hungary’s pharmaceutical authority, the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition on a weekly basis. If any new pharmacovigilance-related information emerges on the website, we promptly forward it to our partners.
Digital Media Monitoring
We provide our digital media monitoring service to our partners who manage social or other digital media platforms. We conduct regular screenings on specified pages ensuring timely detection of all pharmacovigilance-related information. Every finding is forwarded to our partners. Upon request, we also undertake the assessment and reporting of relevant cases.
Veterinary Literature Monitoring
Our efficient system, established within the framework of human literature monitoring, is capable of conducting literature reviews in the same quality for companies involved in the manufacturing and/or distribution of veterinary medicinal products. We regularly review specialized journals in Hungary related to veterinary medicine and communicate relevant pharmacovigilance information found in these publications to our partners.
